Important Dates and Information
Our 2024/2025 school year starts Monday, August 19th. We are excited to welcome all families, new and returning, to the new year. Please see the important information below to ensure that you have all the information you need to begin the year.

School start and end times – Our instructional hours will be 8:00 am-3:00 pm.
- Meet the Teacher (Block Party), Wednesday, August 14th (3:00 pm -6:00 pm)
Communication
To ensure that you receive timely Biome communications, please be sure to keep us informed about changes to your cell number and/or email address, as the school office will frequently use text messaging, DOJO, and email for schoolwide communications. Please know that most of our communications will be shared electronically, so it is important that you keep your contact information current to ensure prompt access to all Biome updates.
In order to streamline communication between our parents and teachers, DOJO will not be used for communication beginning this school year. Classroom communications will be sent via email, in-person, or through a phone call.
Changes can be sent via email to the Main Office.

Acknowledgement of Receipt of 2024-2025 Family Handbook Our handbook has been prepared to strengthen the partnership among learners, parents, guardians, and the school. Questions regarding policies and procedures should be directed to the Principal and Instructional Leader. The Biome reserves the right to modify this handbook during the school year as circumstances may dictate. Please read and discuss the information contained in the handbook with your learner(s) SIGNING BELOW INDICATES that you and your learner(s) understand the policies set forth by The Biome.
